It’s a 3-stage process
STEP 01
THE PRE-CONSULTATION STAGE
- Select your goal and diet plan.
- On payment, you will select your appointment time with the dedicated Nutritionist.
- During the first meeting, we will do a detailed assessment of your current lifestyle, challenges with respect to your goal.
- You will need to fill a form that will be shared over whatsapp or email.
STEP 02
Consultation Stage
- The start point will be your fitness assessments and measurements.
- You will be given a customized diet plan suitable to achieve your goal.
- There will be a schedule for suitable exercise/workout.
- Weekly meeting time and date will be fixed for entire program.
- During subsequent meetings, diet plan, activities, results and concerns will be discussed.
- We will do required changes to meet the goal.
- Queries will be solved within 24 hours on emails/whatsapp during the week time.
STEP 03
The Post-Consultation Stage
- You will be given a maintenance diet plan to sustain the achievement.
- A list of lifestyle changes will be give to you for a health life.
- We shall be maintaining a lifelong relations, and will keep posting you all the updates.
