I was unsure about approaching a dietician but Dr Aditi got me to ease straight away.Following her food plan my energy level was consistent through out the day.I have achieved what i wanted with the diet tips by her.I would recommend Dr Aditi to friends and family.

I had an asthma with pcod problem which got resolved after loosing weight, which to my surprise was not at all boring and had fun loosing those kgs.

I joined Aditi's weight loss diet plan inspired by my sister-in-law and it is not like other diet plans which are hard to follow. She gave a variety of yummy recipes which does not keeps you famished for the rest of the day like some other diet plans.
